Our Survey

This survey allows citizens to contribute to climate change data. The survey starts off by asking your location, and data and time of the observation. It is important to note that this survey isn't only meant for catastrophic events. We want your daily observations. Maybe your tulips bloomed early, or late. Maybe you noticed the water quality was worse than usual. Maybe you saw geese a little earlier than normal. This survey is meant for everything, no matter how big or small. If you don't think one of the survey questions applies to you, it is okay to not answer.

Climate change refers to long term changes in temperature and weather patterns. It is measured on the order of 30 years or more. Your observations, when collected over time, will help us see and understand changes in weather patterns, and with enough data, changes in climate.

If you are confused about what climate change impact you are noticing, no worries because we have a description of each one. On the page "climate change impacts" you will see descriptions of each indicator. This can help you decipher what you are noticing.
